Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support business strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
• Optimize data models and workflows to improve reporting efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging BI technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
