Job Overview

The Social Media Specialist will develop and execute strategies to enhance Project Technical’s brand visibility, engage with our target audience, and generate leads through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for content creation, analytics, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Create, curate, and schedule content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to optimize strategy.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company goals and campaigns.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using key metrics and insights.
• Run paid advertising campaigns on social platforms to boost visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize content strategy based on insights.
