Job Overview

We are looking for a UX Researcher to help design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences through research and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in qualitative and quantitative research methods, user behavior analysis, and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics.
• Analyze user behavior and present findings to design and development teams.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research insights.
• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and product teams to enhance user experiences.
• Identify usability issues and recommend solutions backed by data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and UX best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX research, usability testing, or human-centered design.
• Proficiency in research tools such as UserTesting, Hotjar, or Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
